About me
I trained at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine where I achieved a Diploma in Orthopaedic Therapy.
I am a certified Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) Specialist, Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC®) Mobility Specialist, and Kinstretch® Instructor. I am also certified in first aid, taping, and strapping, and I am a registered member of the Irish Institute of Physical Therapists (IIPT).
My passion for helping others developed through my own experiences with injury, pain, and stiffness. While travelling in Australia and Canada, I explored a wide range of movement and rehabilitation approaches in search of sustainable, pain-free movement. This led me to Functional Anatomy training systems developed by Dr. Andreo Spina, a world-renowned chiropractor and movement expert. His Functional Range Systems® are now widely used by healthcare professionals globally, as well as by leading performance coaches and athletes across organisations such as the NFL, NBA, NHL, and UFC.
In my practice, I use a combination of the following treatment approaches:
Physical Therapy — including massage, assisted stretching, and joint mobilisations
TECAR Therapy — an innovative modality using targeted electrical energy to support tissue healing and recovery
Dry Needling — a technique based on acupuncture principles to reduce muscle tension and stimulate healing
Exercise Therapy — used to rebuild confidence in movement while developing strength, resilience, and long-term capacity
Every individual and presentation is unique; therefore, all treatment is guided by a comprehensive, in-depth assessment.
I strive to deliver the highest standard of care while also educating each person about their condition and body mechanics. A key focus of my work is empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to care for their own bodies, supporting long-term movement health and a pain-free life.
